The Candler School of Theology distributes a photo directory each year that includes information on Candler staff and currently enrolled students, as well as Graduate Division of Religion students.

The photo directory is an on-line directory accessible only by Candler and GDR faculty, staff and students. The directory is accessible only by entering an approved Emory network username and password.

Due to FERPA (Family Education Rights Protection Act) regulations, all students must indicate "yes" or "no" regarding their inclusion/exclusion in the Candler Photo Directory.
The Candler Photo Directory will include at most the following information that is gathered from OPUS:

Your EmoryCard (Student ID) photo
Your first and last name
Your preferred first name (if you have previously indicated this in OPUS)
Your Emory email address
Your degree program
The year you entered Candler
Your Faculty Advisor
Your current semester course enrollment (viewable to instructors only)
Your denomination and conference (if you previously indicated this in OPUS)
Your previous degree(s) and school(s) attended

Please indicate below if you want to be included from the Candler Photo Directory. All responses must be received by Wednesday, August 1, 2009. If you do not respond by August 1st, you will not be included in the directory:

Yes, I want my photo and information to be included in the Candler photo directory. I understand it will include the following information about me: photo, first and last name, preferred first name (if indicated in OPUS) , Emory email address, degree program, year I entered Candler, my faculty advisor, denomination & conference (if indicated in OPUS) and my previous degree information.

If you do not have a photo to upload but you want to be included in the directory, we will obtain your photo from the EmoryCard office at a later date.

No, I do not want my photo included in the Candler photo directory. If I choose this option, only my first and last name, Emory email, degree program, and year I entered Candler will appear in the Candler photo directory.

No, I do not want my photo or any personal information about me included in the Candler photo directory. (Note: If you want complete suppression of all personal information in all Emory publications, please visit Emory Registra's Office FERPA page for additional information).
