Candler School of Theology hosts "An Evening with Candler" events at churches in the southeast United States. During fall 2007, events were held in Alabama, and South Carolina. While a campus visit is always recommended to get a feel for the campus and the community, these events seek to bring Candler to prospective students in their own areas in addition to our Admissions Advisors' campus visits.
Both evenings featured dinner at a local church, faculty presentation, and information about admissions and financial aid. All prospective students were welcomed to attend. Alumni and ministers in the area were also invited and asked to bring prospective students.
