		<description>I understand exactly what you are saying. I see a few people in my class struggling with being able to counsel to certain types of people without be bias. They are having trouble within themselves spiritually. I realize that one must be stable spiritually in order to effectively help others. We are going to have to be strong and like you said, &quot;Self-awareness and self-care is critical to how pastors and leaders best serve others. One puts themselves and others at risk when self-care is not a priority.&quot; Keep up the good work, Thank you and God Bless You.</description>
