Release of Evaluations
Occasionally, students and alumni request evaluations regarding their performance in the Contextual Education program to be released to their Board of Ordained Ministry or other organization. To request this information, print out and submit the Release of Evaluations (Denominational Board, Employer, Other) 
[PDF 12K] form to the Contextual Education office.
Please allow six weeks to process your request. If your recommendation deadline is in January, please be sure to submit your request no later than the first week of December.
Please note that your evaluations will be sent on your behalf with an accompanying cover letter from the directors of Contextual Education.
