Video Recording
CST Media can provide video recording of your event at rates based on our pricing structure. Prices include operator, digital camcorder and tripod, wireless microphone and optional lighting instruments. Fees are a base price plus additional hours at a reduced fee. Video editing and post production are also available.
We currently have four mini-DV camcorders which record to mini-DV tape. These are available for check-out for student projects. A deposit of $20.00 is required at the time of check out which will be returned if equipment is brought back on time and without damages. Students are responsible to cover costs for loss or any damages incurred. Our staff is available to provide instruction in the use of the camera, and there is also a video tutorial available (requires free QuickTime plugin).

Class Recordings
Information for Students:
Some of the courses within the Master of Divinity program are recorded and posted to Emory iTunes University. Only students enrolled in the course can have access to these lectures for review through their NetID and password. Students will need to download the latest version of iTunes and Quicktime software which is available here. Versions are available for both PC and Mac. Students may also listen to these lectures in the CST Media computer lab or burn the mp3 file to a CD.
To access Emory iTunesU online, go to http://itunes.emory.edu/. Select the link EXCLUSIVELY EMORY to login and enter. You will then see the message "The page you requested was opened in iTunes" and you can close this window. You will see the welcome page to the Emory Community. Scroll down to the current semester. The courses in which you are currently enrolled that are available as downloads on Emory iTunes will appear. You can listen to individual tracks or click ¿subscribe¿ which will download all lectures to a playlist under the Course Name on your computer.
Information for Instructors:
Instructors who would like their class available as podcasts through Emory iTunes need to:
- Let CST Media know by submitting a request for audio recording through our webform
- Apply for an Emory iTunes account using the form found on Blackboard under the "Extended Control Panel" tab. Follow these instructions.
- Complete the speaker release form and return to CST Media.
- You will need to list Stan Taylor as a Course Builder. If your course is already listed in Blackboard, select Control Panel, Users and Groups under Course Management in the left hand bar. Select Users in the drop down menu. Do a search for "smtayl2". If Stan is not listed, enter him and select Course Builder as his role.
- Download the latest version of iTunes software which is available here. Versions are available for both PC and Mac.

Emory iTunes University
Emory iTunes U contains speeches, lectures, music, news and more in audio or video format which you can play on your computer, iPod or any other MP3 player. In addition to class recordings described above, sermons from chapel services can be downloaded. Instructors and event planners who would like to create an album and upload recordings of their presentations need to follow these procedures:
- Let CST Media know by submitting a request for audio recording through our webform
- Go to help.emory.edu and enter your Emory Network ID and password
- Click "Request a Service" under "How can we help you?"
- Click "iTunes U" Public Collection Request" under "Student Community"
- Complete all required fields on form, click "Add to cart" and then "Proceed to Checkout"
- A confirmation page will be displayed with an estimated time of completion
- If you'd like to check on the progress of your request, you may return to help.emory.edu, login, and view "My Open Tickets".
Duplication Services
CST Media can duplicate and transfer media according to the rate chart below. Only material that is not subject to copyright restrictions can be duplicated.

Copyright Policy
Common requests that cannot be filled due to copyright law infringement are:
- duplication of video or audio tapes without the written permission of the copyright holder.
- playback of off-air videos after ten days, and the retention of those same videos for more than forty-five calendar days. The 45 day holding period does not include weekends, holidays, vacations, examination periods, or other scheduled school interruptions. At the end of the holding period, the videotaped program must be erased.
- playback of videos outside of class for public performances.

Blank audio/video media, markers, and other supplies are available for purchase at the Emory Barnes & Nobles Campus Bookstore on Oxford Road.
