Requests for daytime support must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that equipment will be available. For evening or weekend events, we require one week's notice. While we will try to accommodate all requests for reservations received, we cannot guarantee availability of equipment or personnel if given shorter notice.

We currently have four mini-DV camcorders which record to mini-DV tape. These are available for check-out for student projects. A deposit of $20.00 is required at the time of check out which will be returned if equipment is brought back on time and without damages. Students are responsible to cover costs for loss or any damages incurred. Our staff is available to provide instruction in the use of the camera, and there is also a video tutorial available (requires free QuickTime plugin).
