To request event space at Candler School of Theology please complete this form and submit. The request will be considered based on space availability. The requestor will be emailed once the review process is completed.

Emory Units

Emory units seeking to book event space at Candler outside business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. may do so using this form.
If booking event space during regular business hours, Emory Units please make requests using the R25 Web Viewer (http://tinyurl.com/CandlerR25 )

Outside Organizations

Outside organizations seeking to book event space at Candler may do so using this form.

Submit completed form no later than:

7-days prior to a meeting without food
14-days prior to an event at which food is to be served.

An Email confirmation of space reservation will be sent upon reservation approval and booking.
